Jason Palmer (269 – 67 67 68 67, -19) è stato ancora straripante e ha vinto con ben undici colpi di vantaggio sul francese Edouard España (280, -8) il Citadelle Trophy International – Preisch (Alps Tour) sul tracciato del Golf Chateau de Preisch (par 72), a Chateau de Preisch, in Lussemburgo.

Il 29enne di Melton Mowbray, che con i 6.525 euro incassati, su un montepremi di 45.000, è ormai sicuro di vincere la money list e di salire nel Challenge Tour 2014, è al terzo titolo stagionale dopo i due conquistati in Italia (Friuli VG Open Grado e Cervino Open).

I transalpini hanno occupato anche il terzo posto con Raphael Marguery e con Julien Foret (282, -6) e il quinto con Clement Berardo (284, -4), ma in realtà sono stati i grandi sconfitti dell’evento dove, per ragioni geografiche, erano in larga maggioranza.

E’ risalito nel finale Andrea Bolognesi, che ha conquistato un buon 11° posto con 287 colpi (72 72 74 69, -1) e sono andati a premio anche Nino Bertasio, 27° con 291 (72 69 74 76, +3), Leonardo Motta, 37° con 294 (70 74 73 77, +6), e Luca Galliano, 41° con 296 (72 74 73 77, +8).
