La coreana So Yeon Ryu superando alla prima buca di playoff la statunitense Lexi Thompson vince il primo torneo importante della stagione 2017 LPGA Tour: L’ANA Inspiration.

Al terzo posto ad un solo colpo la neozelandese Minjee Lee, la coreana Inbee Park e la norvegese Suzann Pettersenn.

Sul percorso del Mission Hills Country Club a Rancho Mirage in California la numero uno del mondo e campionessa in carico Lydia Ko non e’ riuscita a difendere il titolo concludendo 11ª.
